We love to party.......so if you'd like us to be at yours, read on to find out about hiring either a pashley bike or the airstream 'ice cream parlour'. One of the highlights of having us at your event includes choosing from some unusual flavours and for really special events we can even make bespoke flavours just for you. For the Tetbury Woolsack races one year, we made a beetroot and raspberry ice cream for The Duchy to promote their organic veg!

Our pashley bikes are very popular at weddings and parties, especially as analternative pudding. We offer 2 hire options;

ALL PRICES INCLUDE VAT

1. We come and serve Westonbirt ice cream to your guests from one of the pashley bikes. This service includes upto 3 hours serving time, choosing 6 flavours from our list and 150 single scoop ice creams or 75 double scoops served in waffle cone or tubs.

Price for this option is £380

Any additional ice creams are charged at £2 each. Travelling is charged @ £1/mile.

2. The DIY option is very affordable: we deliver you a bike filled with enough Westonbirt ice cream for all of your guests and you have great fun in getting them to serve each other plus you get to keep any leftover ice cream! A benefit of this option includes a minimum hire period of8 hours. All the ice cream paraphernalia you'll need is included; waffle cones in a basket, scoops, menu board etc.

hire charge for this option is; £120

plus £18 / for every 20 scoops served

delivery and collection is charged on top @ £1/mile travelled.

The ice cream parlour is great for larger parties and corporate events. We can tailor a menu to suit you and even come up with some one off ice cream flavours to make the event one to remember.
