As the fourth generation farming at Home farm, Westonbirt, we wanted to make the most of our milk; not only is it organic but also from our super sustainable shorthorn cows.

With a bit of Michelin star experience behind us we began making fantastic ice cream in 2006. We’re very fussy about the quality of ingredients we use and everything in our kitchen is prepared from scratch. We make the base with just four ingredients; organic milk and cream, free range egg yolks and sugar.

We then use locally grown fruit cooked and pureed in our kitchen, whole vanilla pods deseeded by hand, freshly ground organic coffee beans and Valrhona chocolate (used by top chefs) amongst other pure ingredients to create our award-winning flavours.
